We hope to provide our guests a fun and varied introduction into the wonderful world of Sake. To answer any and all questions regarding sake we have a level 1 sake sommelier on staff. We hope to create an enjoyable, yet educational, experience around one of our favorite alcoholic beverages.

What sets us apart from other sushi restaurants is our commitment to quality.
We start with the quality of our rice. We use only Tamaki Gold Premium Short Grain rice for our sushi. While it is up to 3 times more expensive than the most common medium grain Calrose rice, short grain rice is the gold standard in Japan for sushi rice. With its subtly chewier texture we find it is the best suited for sushi.
For our seasoning Vinegar we use Yusen premium aged rice cake red vinegar. This is one of the best vinegars available to use and most commonly seen in the highest rated sushi restaurants across the world. Yusen is highly praised for its smooth and mild sour flavor, umami, and natural sweetness.
We use the highest quality imported fish for our sushi. Nearly all of our fish come in fresh and whole so as to maintain a high level of quality. Fish such as Hamachi, Tuna, Salmon and other highly sought after seasonal fish.
